If there is a winemaker in Tokaj who believes to the very core in the unique character of each vineyard site and the intellectual depth of wine, it is Demeter Zoltán. Founded in 1996, the family estate operates in the heart of Tokaj town, in a beautifully restored bourgeois house, and is regarded as one of the wine region’s most important “workshops.”
